Terms of Service

These terms govern the sale of handmade ceramic products on lyia-kian.com, operated by Atelier Lyia Kian, based in Vevey, Switzerland.

Products: All pieces are handmade. Slight variations in shape, color, and texture are inherent to the artisanal process and are not considered defects.

Prices: All prices are displayed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include applicable taxes.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Intellectual property: All content on this site (photos, texts, designs) is the exclusive property of Atelier Lyia Kian and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Governing law: These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vevey, Switzerland.
