Orders placed on lyia-kian.com are processed within 5 to 7 business days, as each piece is handmade and carefully packaged to ensure its integrity during transport.
If we are unable to deliver your order within this timeframe for any reason, you will be notified immediately.
Announcements regarding holidays and closures will be posted on the official Lyia Kian website and on Instagram @[votre compte Instagram].

Delivery zones: We ship to Switzerland, Europe (Belgium, France, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Greece, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco) and internationally (Australia, Canada, United States, UAE, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore).
Shipping rates (calculated per order, not per item, and include packaging costs):
Switzerland: CHF 8.– (0–500g) / CHF 12.– (500g–1kg) / CHF 16.– (1–2kg) / CHF 20.– (2kg+)
Europe: CHF 18.– (0–500g) / CHF 25.– (500g–1kg) / CHF 35.– (1–2kg) / CHF 45.– (2kg+)
International: CHF 30.– (0–500g) / CHF 45.– (500g–1kg) / CHF 60.– (1–2kg) / CHF 75.– (2kg+)
Carrier: Swiss Post, DHL.
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.
Damage during transport: Our ceramics are packaged with the utmost care. In the event of damage upon receipt, please contact us at hello@lyia-kian.ch within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will find a solution.
