Our pieces are carefully prepared within 5 to 7 business days. Once shipped, allow an additional 2 to 5 days depending on your destination (Switzerland, Europe).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Switzerland and the European Union. For any other destination, please contact us via the contact form.

What is your return policy?

You have 15 days from receipt to return an item in its original condition. Personalized items are not eligible for return. Consult our refund policy for more details.

How do I care for my ceramic pieces?

Our ceramics are made to last. We recommend hand washing with a mild product. Avoid dishwashers and thermal shocks to preserve the enamel and material.
